14-day credit terms on all purchases. Sellers are paid within 24 hours of auction close. Letter of credit or deposit required.

No minimum or maximum quantity limits. Lots range from 1 to 1,200 lbs. Buy exactly what you need for the week.
Shipping & Services
Re-icing, boxing, warehousing, totes on 21-day terms. Same-day shipping coordination. Processing available on-site.

Place bids Mon–Thu starting at 10:00 AM. Bid per pound. Highest bid wins when lot is offered.
Receive
Won lots are boxed, iced, and shipped same-day. Add processing services at time of purchase.
Registration Requirements
